[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this AC about two weeks ago and really like it. It cools very well and has a great look to it. A look that is uncommon among window units. Very up scale feel. The app control is great as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the units about a month ago for our apartment they work really well. It’s great being able to control the units with the app on our phones. The only downside is that it is a little noisy

Love the Smart Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cools down my room fantastically and I love the base of use. I can just say "Alexa, turn on air" and I'm off to chill town. Also, on hot days I can just use the app to turn it on about an hour before I get home. My only critique would be that it's a bit loud, but I expected that with a 10000BTU unit.
