Overall happy but needs work....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC unit is very sharp looking. Cools really well and does what it should. My only issues are with the level of noise... it’s abit noisy for its size and the response / effectiveness of the app... sometimes it says there is a communication error and other times it takes a bit to respond to changes. Overall...... still very happy with this purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cool air

Just bought and installed this A/C. Works great..... But I have a question. Where is the drain? I can see water building up inside the unit but it’s not dripping out. I don’t see a hole or a drain anywhere. Is this normal? It’s really building up pretty deep in there.

Great Air Conditioner

The best part about this one is the fact that you can control it from anywhere. I turn it off when I leave for work and then about an hour before I come home I turn it on through the app. They are on the pricier side for a window air unit but the functionality makes up for that

It took a software update release for me to be able to connect with the machine via my android phone. I had hoped that the fan (at least on low) would have been quieter. I recommend this product, as it cools well, but only if the space can handle the noise.

All around great air conditioning

Very easy to use and has a remote to control it so you don’t have get up every time to adjust it. It is much quieter than other air conditioners and a big plus is that I can control it from anywhere.
