Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it before any major heatwave and tested it on a mildly warm day. It quickly brought down the temp and maintained it without issue. App works great as well. Would definitely recommend

Room air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this unit for approximately 2 months , the unit seems to struggle cooling around 200 square feet. The unit itself is nice very easy to use and looks great , just wish the specs on the unit were more realistic. Box says it will cool up too 450 square feet and this one is struggling with 200 .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In researching, we were able to see that a 10,000 btu air conditioner will cool up to 450 square feet.
Selecting the correct sized air conditioner for the room’s square footage is essential. When selecting an air conditioner, larger is not always better. For more efficient cooling, you will need a 6,000 btu air conditioner.

Love this unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this window unit for 7 months now. Works great and really helped out after my House was flooded by hurricane Harvy. It’s been tough getting thing back to the way they were but having a good ac again was a great step forward. Love this product and love the phone control. Don’t have any pictures to share but it’s a mess anyways. I would definently recommend this product to anyone and everyone!

Beyond superior to my previous AC the Gallery 10000 is beautifully designed much easier to clean than my old unit and much more powerful and the BluTooth feature is integrated well I'm pretty thrilled with it so far, it looks like the Space Age the 60s wanted us to have so it is Cool as well as cooling to my apartment! ;)

Works flawlessly with app and Alexa!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this not even knowing if it would work with Alexa or how well the app would work on my phone. I was pleasantly surprised when i could add the skill to Alexa and now control my bedroom AC just by speaking. The app also work well even when i'm away from home and lets me cool down the room before i get home. No complaints at all!

Love the Wifi and the look!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased the 8,000 btu because of the size and price amd loved it but it was a little under powered for our room. I upgraded to the 10,000 btu and it made a HUGE difference! It cools really well and has a ton of air flow. Love the Wifi feature sonce I can control it in my bed.

Can't live without it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we got it we saw it was small and was not sure how well it would cool the rooms off. But once it started up the rooms stayed so cool all the time. And for it only being 10000 BTU it works so dang well that most the apt is cooled as well. It keeps even the back room cool when the door is left open. It is one of the best. I had heard that it is loud from researching it but it is not loud at all unless it is set to a higher fan speed. But even at that setting it is still not as loud as I thought it would be. Best window AC I have ever owned. I love that you can control everything from your phone. I can turn the AC off when I am gonna be gone for most of the day and turn it on before I get home so it will be nice and cool when I get back.
