[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for our small beach cottage in Maui. Easy to install by removing part of the louvered window glass. Cooled very efficiently. The first couple of days were more humid than normal. Unit very efficient at dehumidifying but there is not a hole or tube to remove the water. I read that the excess water is picked up and blown into the coils for cooling. A bit concerned this could be an issue. We shall see.
We liked all the features particularly the top venting and wifi. We turn the unit on from our iPhones prior to getting home so the cottage can be cool when we arrive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solution to a problem I didn't know I had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this at the end of summer just enough time to play with the wifi capabilities. This is fantastic. One hour before I leave work I check it on the phone app to find the room at 97degrees. With a push of a button I can set the the temp to 75 degrees so when I get home it is comfortable. Fantastic!!!!! I love this thing.
