Great features and I love the Eco setting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this a few weeks but I love the features and the unit cools down my apartments super fast. With the app I turn on the unit when I get out of the subway and by the time I get home, the apartment is cool. Plus, it is really modern and cool looking!

Terrible application

The iOS and the google assistant integration are the worst I've ever seen. Absolutely terrible and unusable. Hire better software engineers or open source your application.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

good look, good features

I bought AC in February 2019 and it is paying dividends in this particularly hot New York July! The ability to turn on remotely via smartphone app is ideal on several levels. I turn on an hour before arriving home and it makes living room comfortable by my arrival. Of course it works manually, but I'm a bit confuse with the remote. I've had guest stay over and the remote (with new batteries) doesn't work. they have to get out of bed to turn off or call back to me to turnoff via smart phone app. Instructions don't seem to address this issue. Resolve this for me and the Gallery will get a five star rating.

Works well but noisy

I love the ability to use the app on my phone to see the room temperature and turn the unit on and off. Unfortunately it is very loud even on the lowest setting so I can’t recommend.
