Terrific features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The summer is hot and I needed to cool down. After seaeching through many different makes and models, this was the best. Modern looks, easy installation and. Smart phone control sold me over the rest. While driving home from work or on errands, I control activate and control the unit on my cell phone. A nice and cool home waits for my arrival.

The only AC that looks modern and good

The AC unit looks good, works very well and I can control the room temperature on the go.
The only minor point is, that when I start it, the AC is always set for 72°F. I was not able to set my own starting temperature.
Other than that, it's great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the appliance. Was relatively easy to install, no harder than any other window unit. Can be slightly louder than I expected, but I also have not had a window unit in 20 years or more. The app on your smart phone leaves a lot to desire, especially the scheduling. Overall I would buy this again.

Solid AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got this primarily due to wifi. the connectivity is rock solid and the automated schedule I setup is relentless... even after repeated power failures... the unit comes back on, reconnects and gets back to the business at hand. I also have it cooling an area larger than its specs and even with the kids leaving windows open it cools down the room

Gosh! Cousin Tony, if the ambient temperature in the room is very high, the air exiting the unit may not feel as cold. Air exiting the air conditioner is usually between 17°F - 20°F lower than the intake air, and may not feel cold to the touch until the ambient temperature is reduced. If your room is not well insulated, this can account for the environment being hotter as the cool air has no place to “stay” and escapes the area quickly. I hope this helps! Easy to use, cool great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older home (1905). The upstairs doesn't cool well. This unit works great, I replaced a not very old unit, it works so much better. It's also a higher efficiency unit! The app is also very easy to use!
