Excellent unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how I can schedule an on and off time thru the app. Now I do not have to leave the unit on from 8 am to 5 pm while at work. It goes on at a preset time and I don't have to worry about my dog. Although the app has issues. Always having to log out and log back in. App is horrible.

Good looking design & some nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a month ago to be used in our living room based on the new design. Turned out it also has some nice feachers. Two are as follows: 1)The air is lofted (vertically) up instead of the current conventional way and 2) you set the temperaure you want and the unit turns itself off an on as is required.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks good and operates well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the wi-fi connection and app. That feature is one of the main reasons I purchased it. It does not work as reliably as it should. The AC has a great design and quality features and it cools well with not too much noise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Integration with Alexa is Awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The app that the AC comes with disconnects a lot and sometimes fails to connect, but the Alexa Skill makes using this AC a pleasure. Changes occur instantaneously. Also, my power company is sending me $30 for using a smart appliance.
