Best AC I've ever bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 3 months ago and the relief of being able to start it while on my way home and not coming to a sticky muggy house is absolutely amazing . I was a little skeptical on the Wi-Fi portion and starting while I wasn't home but it's completely safe it connects to Wi-Fi I can start it from wherever I am right on my mobile phone

Chillin' in Style!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC unit makes the scorchin' Oklahoma heat a little more bearable! The remote control and Wifi features are a major plus and was a huge factor in this purchase. No other AC unit had these features. It's definitely pleasing that the unit can be functioned from your phone, even away from home...such a luxury! The phone app even specifies the current temperature of the room, so you know exactly what settings to change for your preference of comfort. The settings to schedule and the timer feature are also a major plus. Along with all the nice features, the design is modern and stylish, not your average clunky or industrial looking unit. Overall, this AC unit is hands down the best on the market!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit on the way home from the hospital from heat exhaustion!
It was an easy install, just stuck it in and plugged the cord in. I got it running without even having to read the instructions, though I was glad I went back later and read them. It is great to be able to control the unit from anywhere using my phone and the internet.
Though the weather outside has been over 100 for many days, inside is cool and comfortable. With the ability to set a target temperature, operation is truly "set and forget".
I would recommend this to a friend!

Remote operation works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit to replace a thru-the-wall unit from the 80's. Installing took a bit of work but that's on me as I knew this unit was made for window installation. I selected the gallery for its look. It has a prominent place in my living room so I really liked the grill on the front that looks very modern. I also like that the cold air blows upward as opposed to straight out as almost all other units do. My favorite feature has to be the ability to control the unit from my phone. In the area where I live I rarely need airconditioning until the afternoon which happens to be when I'm getting home from work. I can hop on the app, see what the current temp is in the house and turn on the unit an hour or 2 before I get home.
The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the noise when it's running on high. That being said I usually run in eco mode and the only time it needs to run on high is during the initial startup for about 5 or so minutes. I do really like the fact this unit turns completely off once it has reached your desired temp and only turns back on when needed. My older units fan would run always even when the compressor wasn't running.
The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the noise when it's running on high. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about a month, including a four day heatwave. It seemed to keep up with no problem. The weird thing about this unit is that it is that the "current temp" doesn't usually match the temp in the room or what the unit has been set at. Also, the cool air is pointed directly at the ceiling which is different from any other AC I've had. I got air moving by using a wall mounted fan about the unit. Overall, I'm happy. Still waiting to see my first electric bill to see how efficient it is.
