Still a window unit, but at least a nice one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate window units and the way the just roar in the corner... but I hate being too hot just slightly more, so here I am with a new A/C. LOVE the wifi features and that is why we selected this model over other brands. The best part is being able to turn on the A/C when we're on the road about 10-20minutes before we get home and the house is cooling by the time we walk through the door. The only concern I have is that is doesn't seem to dehumidify as much as previous units.
I also wish there were a setting where I could set it to turn on when the room reaches a certain temp, say 79, stay on until it get to 72 then not turn on again until it gets back up to 79. This would eliminate it turning on and off as much.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yikes, Douglas92! I hate to hear you are having trouble. Try making a "dummy" schedule. After saving the schedule, turn it off. Then, clear the schedule. It is important to do these commands in this order to successfully remove the schedule. If you still experience issues, please contact us directly. ~ Brandi

Very good AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this at the start of summer and have been very pleased with it. My only wish is that the wifi API was public so I could control this directly from my Mac instead of the phone.
The iphone app could be a bit smarter about when to submit changes. As it is now, you have to wait for it to send each change to the unit and get a response before the next change can be made.

I find it to be very efficient and it cools my apartment within a short amount of time. I am very pleased with this purchase. Absolutely worth it!

Love the Wifi and schedule options
