Looks good, great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks so much nicer than the old style AC units. Not happy that it is not internet secure though. Also have come home and found unit turned itself on...now I do have cats and they could have jumped on it, maybe. Also woke one morning to it on and set at 60...was a bit cool in house...maybe cats messing with controls, but unlikely. Will continue to monitor.

Love the wifi capability!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can turn it on while I'm out. It's great because I have a dog in the house. It's sleek by design and it cools down quickly. However, it is quite loud. We just had a baby and it wakes him up a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the unit itself works fine. Its an air conditioner and it does what it's supposed to do.
The only drawback is that controlling the unit through the app is not 100%. I would say about a third of the time I get a message that says the connection is down. Now I can't say with certainty whether the problem is with the app, the network or somewhere else but this issue is what keeps it from being a 5 star review for me. Hopefully they will be able to work out the kinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to having an AC at an affordable price that could be controlled via mobile app - perfect for returning home after travel or making adjustments if the weather changes unexpectedly. However, the power button and program buttons did not respond to touch; the mobile app worked only half the time; and I was not willing to accept these flaws on a brand-new unit. In addition, the noise level even at the lowest fan speed setting was excessive. I exchanged it for a completely different model and will continue to live without the wifi / app
option. Also to fill in this review, I had to minimize my screen - scrolling didn't work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this smart air conditioner. Iused to come home to a hot apartment now I can turn on and set the control temperature fan speed to my air condition before I even arrive home so my apartment is cool just like my air conditioner cool
