Works well, except the wifi

Ability to cool room not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased AC for my living room, unit do not appear to cool as effectively as previous unit. Features are great, but misses the mark for a 10,000 btu unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful design and cools well. Too loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that I can turn it on remotely to cool the room for my dog. The lit temperature is nice and I like the warning that the filter needs to be clean because it needs to be cleaned a lot. I'd rate it a 9/10 on the loudness scale though. Difficult to sleep when on. I put it on eco mode and try to fall asleep before it comes back on again. Would be very difficult to hear TV or music over the loudness, unfortunately. Mine is 10,000 BTU and took 3 hours to install with a professional handyman. Very heavy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is normal to hear ‘high pitch chatter’ a sound of rushing air, gurgle/hiss, pinging or swishing and vibration. These are all normal. For more information of normal sounds during operation, please refer to page 5 in your Owner’s Manual. Verify that the original installation procedures have been followed properly. Pay special attention to any gaskets. If improperly installed, even a high quality, low-noise unit can rattle mercilessly.
