Easy to install, great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit came a bit damaged and didn't look like from shipping since its was packed well. Remote didn't work from the start but WIFI makes up for it. I would love to return it but just dont have time to do it.

Sleek looking, sleek feeling, maybe not as sleek sounding...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doing a great job so far of keeping the living room/kitchen area (3rd floor and normally VERY hot, ~600 sq. ft.) of my 1 bedroom apartment cool! Also, the Wi-Fi capabilities/Frigidaire app are very nice for getting the room cool from the car when I'm on the way home. However, considering how high-tech and cool-looking the unit is, it seems pretty loud. Even on the "low" fan setting, I have to turn my TV or music up quite a few notches to hear it over the A/C when it kicks in.

Efficient and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Effective and quiet. It is nice to be able to set a temperature and have the unit maintain that temperature. It was challenging to connect to wifi to control via the app.

Nice to look at, convenient but....

It's a bummer that if you turn it off and back on it always defaults to 72 degrees and you need to always lower the temp when you turn it on.

Beautiful unit

I was surprised that it is much louder than I expected it to be unfortunately. Also, my remote came broken, but I haven't asked for a replacement. I've been using the app which is very user friendly.
