It's SOO good to us...I bought TWO.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having the companion app to control our climate at anytime. Integrated Alexa and now BOTH units can be set in AN INSTANT. Very efficient for electricity and one of my favorite parts is that the filter is SUPER DUPER EASY to clean with a quick vacuum job. Nuff said!

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this unit less than a month ago and we've had unseasonably cool weather--even by Seattle standards so we haven't had much of a chance to use it yet. On the few days it has been warm enough it has worked well, is relatively quiet, and the wifi interface works well

Do not buy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in May for WiFi feature. This is EXTREMELY noisy. Sounds like a jet engine taking off. WiFi feature did not work. Part of a defective batch I was told. Made me cut the cord and was told I would receive a new one. They no longer have this model in stock. I am currently waiting for a refund which I have not received and it is going on 3 weeks now. I will not buy another AC from them. DO NOT BUY THIS AC!!

Great investment

Wifi connection is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't think I would use the WiFi feature but I do everyday. It works great as a remote and to make sure my dog is comfortable during the day.
AC does not work so well in small rooms as it is too large of a unit. It cycles on and off too frequently because it cools the room too fast. Since it takes a few minutes to turn back on, the small room fluctuates in temperature a lot. But the AC cools the entire downstairs when my bedroom door is open.

Super Convenient

I am left with the peace of mind that my pets are cool and and cutting back on energy consumption.
The only downside is just 1 phone per unit can be connected.
