Almost a 5 star product EXCEPT...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does the job in cooling down our living room/kitchen area, but we sometimes wonder if it's got a mind of its own. Changes temp and settings by itself WITH NO SCHEDULE SET for it to do so. Not sure why this happens. Also every once in awhile when trying to manually adjust temp or setting, the a/c will not respond to button touches. Usually we'll hit the reset button on the wall plug to fix it. Other than that this air conditioner has great features, blows cold, and has a super easy to clean filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit works great and it synced with my phone very seamlessly. I would give it 5 stars, but the remote that came with the package didn't work and there was a dent on the side when I received.

Biggest junk ever made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and they hooked it up I didn't work. The temp couldn't adjust. The remote didn't work and the phone couldn't connect to the air. Called the company and they told me to ship it to them using my money and they would send it fix. Why would I spend money buying something then spen money shipping it back to the manufacturer.
I called the store where I bought it and the gave me a different air, diferrent manufacturer and it works perfect.
My recommendation dont buy this model.

We don’t repair units, we have authorized service providers that service serviceable appliances. I’m pleased to know the dealer provided you a resolution.
