Got 3, 1 sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought three units two of them works great the other one doesn’t cool at all. We have to have it on low 60s to get a mid 70s range feel. That being said the other two work as expected.
pros: Really love being able to control the units from our phones, our baby sleeps in his own room and we can regulate the temperature from our beds. It’s a game changer. Also like being able to start the one in the bedroom before we make her wait in there at night.
Cons: The light and beep should be able to be turned off, they are so bright and so loud that adjusting the unit in the middle of the night is a sure fire wake up call for anyone. It is also slightly annoying that you cannot change the presets, wish I could just turn it on and have it be at the temperature I want in the mode and speed I like.
We Bought these before we needed them and now it’s too late to exchange or return the unit that does not work. What a bummer. Overall these units got three stars because while they are a step up from a regular window unit, they still could use a lot of improvements.

Good features but..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought my first 12,000 btu AC a little over a month ago for my living room and fell in love. it cools everything down quickly, i love the wifi feature, and i love how clean/sleek and modern the AC is overall. However, my second AC i recently bought for my bedroom came damaged, and the wifi feature will not connect for some reason, so i was definitely a little disappointed.

Really Great Unit

My apartment gets extremely hot and air does not move through the windows - this unit has made my living room extremely cool and comfortable. It turns off automatically when the desired temperature is hit. It looks sleek and clean in our window. It is a very heavy unit so it was work to get it in, but once in it has been great. It also releases a good amount of water so we had to buy a piece (from Frigidaire) to attach a hose and direct the water out of the unit. I am very very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn’t sure how I would feel when the husband bought this, but I’m glad he did. It keeps our small home cool, sometimes too cool. I love the fact that I can change the settings from my phone when I’m not home. The only problem we have so far is that it is a little loud but no louder than having multiple fans running would be. Would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

Doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The WiFi setting does not work. I called customer service and they said it’s an older model number and the older ones have an issue with the WiFi. The reason I bought this was to control it when i am not home.
