Love the wifi control!

Beautiful but LOUD

I love the look of this product and when Frigidaire said it was quiet on top of being aesthetically pleasing I snatched one up. This was last Spring. As soon as I plugged it in I realized it was just as loud as any other window unit, but at least it's pretty. It does a fine job of cooling my entire one-bedroom NYC apartment if I have a fan to blow cool air from the living room into the bedroom.
If you're wanting a quiet window unit then search elsewhere. If you don't mind the normal window unit level of noise but want one that looks great then this one is perfectly fine.

Good Product but the support is abyssmal

Awesome AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this AC two months ago before the crisis began. Best decision I ever made. This AC is so easy to use. I have it programmed to my WiFi and I use the app to control it. I have yet to actually touch the panel. I have had numerous ACs in the past. This one exceeds all expectations. Best product out there and definitely worth the money. I got 3 of them after for my mom and my son.

Great WIFI unsure of the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and tried it , the WIFI works great but the room was not getting down past 71 degrees, but that could be because the outside temperature, was around 60. So I have to see when the outside temperature starts to get warmer, if this room temperature will go down under 70

If you're having some cooling trouble, double check the temperature in your home and ensure you are setting the air conditioner lower on Cool or Eco mode. You can also adjust the fan speed! This air conditioner is designed to cool rooms of up to 450 square feet. If your room is larger, it may have trouble reaching the entire space. Cools efficiently
