Low noise, great look, but some flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whoever visits my place says the AC looks nice, plus it isn’t too noise at low. However, it is weird that it does not remember the settings every time it turns on but only does when through the WiFi feature (APP or Alexa). Another significant drawback is the vent design, which barely changes the airflow direction.

Simple install very powerful

The unit cools my 450 sq ft bedroom with cathedral ceilings very effectively. Have had issues with the cathedral ceilings with other units. This unit works very well!

Works Great!

I purchased my Frigidaire Gallery AC unit in March and it's been working great! One of the reasons why I purchased this unit is the ability to control the settings when I'm not home. The app has been working fine until this week. After uninstalling the app, it's telling me that there is an upgrade, it upgrades but then I have to log in and I'm unable to enter my email, only password, now I'm unable to use the app. Please help! Thank you.

Looks great but inadequate cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have ordered this AC because I liked certain features of it : its vent is looking up, instead of blowing at you like other window ACs, it has smart WiFi connection and it looks good. After I installed it, it does look great, no complains about that, but the main shortcoming is what some other users already mentioned - it doesnt cool the room properly. It takes a long time to cool the room and it never reaches 72F - the lowest I got was 75F. For 10,000 BTU AC it's just not powerful enough. It feels like 6,000 btu unit. If not this issue I would be very happy with it. Smart feature works - though establishing connection with an app took some time.

* Try installing your air conditioner on the shady side of your home/room. A window that faces north is best because it is shaded most of the day. Or, try keeping blinds and drapes in other windows closed during the sunniest part of the day.
* External house shading with trees, plants or awnings will help reduce the air conditioner’s workload.

Great design and ease of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave it 4 stars because it looks great, and it’s convenient and easy to use. There are flaws to it though. The plastic used on the face of it is very cheap, so cheap in fact the part that is notched out for the screws broke. This now causes my unit to squeak and rattle. I have to say if it wasn’t so amazing at everything else I would have given it 3 stars.

Not awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit isn't bad, it blows cold air, and cools down the room relatively quick. My biggest complaint though is how loud it is, I feel like for this amount of money it should be a lot quieter. And the included remote hardly works, and the units controls themselves are a bit slow.
Otherwise, it works fine, but it's nothing special.
