Really good AC ...

Remote does not work, at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this unit and was really happy with it when it came at first. It was easy to set up and I immediately turned it on and it began blowing out cold air right away and cooling down the room. Then after having it on for a few hours I went to turn it off with the remote, and it would not work. I assumed it was the batteries, so I went and bought more a few days later, and NOTHING. Straight out of the box the remote is a dud. Which shouldn't have surprised me since the remote looks so very cheaply made compared to the unit. With the price I paid for this unit I would expect a better remote, especially one that works. Fortunately I was able to download the app to turn it off and on (which is one of the main reasons I picked this unit). Very disappointed about the remote though.

WiFi changes the game

I never like to just run the a/c when I’m not home but then it’s so stuffy and humid when I get home. Now, I can turn it on anywhere I am and when I get home it’s cooling off! And who doesn’t like when you’re in bed or sitting on the couch and being able to turn on/off your air conditioner?! Best.purchase.ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This this is huge. Could barley get it in the window and weighs a lot. Love the WiFi feature and being able to set a schedule. Able to cool my upstairs well as a secondary unit. Should have got the larger unit
