Easy to handle

Terrible air conditioner

The fan pushed out cold air but the air conditioner itself radiated so much heat. Heated my room instead of cooling it. Woke up feeling suffocated instead of comfortable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the air conditioner. We will be happy to assist. When an air conditioner is in operation, the compressor compresses cool refrigerant gas which forms hot high-pressure refrigerant gas. That hot gas then runs through the coils subtracting the heat, turning the gas into a liquid. From there the fan blows warm air away from the condenser coils which they should end up outside. The remaining condensed liquid refrigerant becomes cold low pressured gas that will absorb heat and push cold air back into the room. Very unhappy with this model

Replaced an older but terrific Frigidaire window unit with this “smart” unit, and am very disappointed. As others have said, even on the lowest setting it’s quite noisy — using it in a psychotherapy office, it’s problematic. The thermostat “Eco” feature has been keeping my office either way too cold or too hot. Lastly, the app is useless unless I’m actually at the unit location. I wish I’d listened to all the negative reviews! Frigidaire, I know you can do better...I miss my old air conditioner...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No complaints...Looks cool!

Easy set up and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when the temperature spiked last month. i was able to install it myself, it keeps my 2 bedroom railroad apartment cool, and it looks nice!
The wifi feature works for me. i read other reviews where people were having trouble connecting to the wifi. The issue can be resolved by ensuring that your wifi network does NOT include any special characters or spaces (no numbers or symbols etc).
I would recommend this air conditioner to friends!

Cools down two rooms FAST!

QUITE, LOWER AMPS EASY TO CLEAN

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big frigidaire fan. The only appliances i ever had that never broke down without excessive wear and tear. So 4 years ago I Purchased a 10,000 btu frigidaire ac. At the time it did its job. but because we have so many electronics now it kept blowing a fuse. So i did my homework and with common sense math I found out my old ac had a amperage of 9.9 with a hard start. This would cause my breaker to switch. This Model amperage is 6.65 with a low voltage start up. Its quite and blows cold air a whole lot smoother than the other models. Now i can have everything on at the same time. A Lot cheaper than getting a electrician to redo my breaker box. The wifi enable part is a added bonuses. love the fact i don't have to search for that little controller all the time when i carry my phone all the time. A must Buy, I will be replacing 2 more ACs with this model.
