wish controls would stay where i set them

dont like that it automatically returns to eco mode everytime it powers back on , frustating. other than that im overall satisfied

The air conditioner is, in fact, designed in such a way that if it is set to 'cool' or 'fan' mode and then shut off, it will turn back on in eco mode. Keeping cool now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AC in my master bedroom died at a most inconvenient time. Since I have a 12,000btu Frigidaire downstairs (I might add, it's lasted about 10 years so far), I decided to buy this one for my bedroom. It works great and cools fast. The options go above and beyond expectations. My one and only complaint would be how loud it is ... but overall, I really like it.

All Around Great Buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with this product purchase. Not only does it cool down my apartment very quick, it also looks great! I was dreading putting an old and dated looking AC unit in the window of my apartment, and was very happy to come across this product with its sleek design and clean lines. For that reason, I was a bit hesitant to believe that this AC unit would work as well as others. Great news is, it does! The noise is not to loud (and can be very minimal at a low setting), the features are great (such as setting an auto timer so my AC doesn't run while I am at work which saves me money!/there is also a mobile app), and it is extremely effective at cooling a space. Long story short- very happy all around with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought frigidiare smart AC a month ago because of WIFI feature so I can operate from my phone. But I made a huge mistake bought this AC. Water leaking and dripping due to drainage system is not good. From the first day it’s loud and noisy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely cools down my apt. It’s also super convenient that I can control it from my phone. I can turn it on on my way home, or if the day is particularly warm I can turn it on for a bit for my pet while I’m away.
My only annoyance is that I’ve cleaned the filter once every two weeks since I’ve gotten it and the filter light is always on. But that’s not much. It also didn’t quite fit in my window so I had to DIY it a bit to secure the unit and keep bugs out etc. but that has worked fine the last year.

Looks & works great

I also appreciated how quickly I could get it delivered to my place. It was super easy to install in my window, it's quieter than my old unit, and it looks great!
