[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this A/C about 2 weeks ago and is an excellent product. The WiFi access is wonderful and easy to keep track of the room temps and controls of the unit.
Also came with 2 insulated side panels with the slots to install them on the A/C unit. They cover the side panels and provide insulation and a tight fit into the window to seal out bugs and weather.

Beautiful unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking to replace an old a/c, and this one looked gorgeous and had good reviews. It’s user-friendly and the controls are impressively techy-looking. It cools very well—perhaps the only drawback is the loudness of the unit, but we have a “quiet” one from another manufacturer that just doesn’t seem to cool well, so maybe you need a little more power to get the job done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent just loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great air conditioner as it cools my apartment that has 20 foot ceilings. The only downside is that it is a bit loud. I notice that whenever we have it on I'm cranking the tv to max to be able to hear it.
