Solid AC, great proce

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the price and power of this AC. My only issue is that after a couple of weeks, I now hear an intermittent rattling sound from inside that usually won’t subside unless I tap it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the unit to cool the downstairs of our little Victorian cottage (only about 500 sf). During a full week in the high 90s, it was able to keep the place to 74 which we were fine with. If you wanted it cooler, I would recommend getting two smaller units. (Smaller ones are quieter). We really just had one window we could utilize that was centrally located in our dining area. Some people have issues with the noise but the noise level was what I expected. It’s like having a box fan on. The aesthetic is really nice and I like the WiFi features. I can check and see how warm our place is from work and when to turn it on before we head home. One star reduction because the first one we received was damaged and we had to send it back which seems like a common occurrence. Better packaging please!!! Or better yet, more robust materials!
