Feels like more than 12000 BTUs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this awesome AC for a few months now. It has been a life saver in this 100 degree weather. I have been using it for my 950 sqft apt and it has been doing a great job of keeping it cool. It is very sleek and quiet, yet powerful. It is the best for it's price!

Works well but hard to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works extremely well and I am so glad I have it. My one complaint is that it is hard to install and de-install, so it takes a lot of time if I want to store it during the day or for days at a time and only take it out when I want to use it. The tube detaches too easily from the window unit and from the unit itself, so when you are adjusting the whole thing to get it in the window, it often comes apart and is very frustrating. But once it's in, it works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hey Julian, thank you for your review. Here are a few things that you can try that might help. Change the temperature/thermostat setting to drop the temperature lower, turn to a higher Fan Speed using the selector switch or let the appliance run for several hours in order to notice a considerable difference. If the room temperature is very high, the air exiting the unit may not feel cold. Air exiting the unit is usually between 17°-20°F lower than the Intake air, and may not feel cold to the touch until the room temperature is reduced. Hope this is useful!

Excellent unit keeps the room as cold as I want

It has worked so well that we have postponed repairing the house A/C until next year. Even on the hottest summer days it kept whichever room we had it in nice a cool.

Server room cooling solution
