My Poor Choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This side-by-side refrigerator is too narrow to allow access to items stored. Also, the doors do not open wide enough to allow access. The 33 inch wide frig fit into the 35 inch space when installed (was insurred by installer there was plenty of room) but soon realized that the door was gouging the wall each time it was opened. Finally, the doors do not hang straight. In order to reach food items, I added "spinning trays" to the shelves.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New Refridgerator...

Door Gasket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box the freezer door closed about 5/16 of an inch deeper than the other door at the top and about 3/16 of an inch deeper at the bottom. The gasket around the door was compressed and after a week the depth was about 1/8" from top to bottom. This is not what I expected from a brand new appliance so I sent an email to the company about the problem and am waiting for a reply. I shouldn't have received the refrigerator at that time, and demanded a new one, but my old one was already gone. Now I am waiting to see how long the company will take to get back to me to resolve the problem. This is costing me extra time off from work to be here for a service call because of the looks of the doors not being what they should be. The service man came and heated the gasket up to make it look like it should have been, and told me that it may not come back to the original position. Two months later it gasket is still compress, and the difference in the doors is still about 1/8 of an inch from top to bottom.
I would recommend this to a friend!
