Good for the price

Purchased online, had not seen in person before delivery. It looks great in my kitchen although the interior is smaller than expected. I'm having a hard time fitting everything from my old fridge into this one, even though my old fridge was smaller overall. The shelves seem weak, they bow if anything heavy is placed on them. Drawers don't glide in and out smoothly, they catch and jam and squeak. Always have to use two hands evenly placed on the drawers and push them in very carefully. Other than these minor issues, I haven't had any problems. It's simple, no water or ice maker hooked up so no noise or leak issues. Good for the price.

Good unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it 2 weeks ago and it works good. But there is a problem. It was installed on level, doors aligned and the same time, when you open door , or 2 doors, it moves in front and I have to move back. I checked online , and some of your models, have adjustable stoppers. So, when you installed unit, you adjust this stoppers to floor, and don't have any problem. Very simple. Why you cannot use the same design for this model ? I called customer service, and explained situation, but no advice--only you have to install on level. On my request to talk to somebody , who can help, it was only one answer--no contact.

Solid fridge - but not enough room.

I always wanted a side by side and it's a good refrigerator. That being said, I definitely did not realize the reduction in size.

High Light Your Life

Our new 33-inch Side-by-Side is so inviting when you open the doors. The soft light and clear view of everything is all you could ever want from a refigerator. If it keeps functioning as well as the style has proven to be it will earn 5 Stars... Thank You

Good replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 2 previous refrigerators that had to be replaced after a short time--do to problems with the ice makers --we got this one. It does not have the water/ice dispensers on the door--which we thought might be part of the earlier ones we had. So far--after a month--no problems!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleased to find this model refrigerator that fit my space constraints as well as not having an ice maker. I read many reviews on the model which were predominately good. I am VERY disappointed with the product. My main complaint is its noise level when running. I knew with the new epa regulations for energy saving that new models run more frequently but I did not expect its running sound to be extreme. It does run frequently but its the noise level that is SO disappointing. I bought a new refrigerator because my 26 year old one had started to run with more noise and I feared this was a sign it would soon fail. I could not have imagined that its new sound at 26 years old was much less that a new product. Sincerely disappointed that I replaced my old one. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one is that it does keep food as it should. The large door bins are a waste of space. One at the bottom with the recessed bin would suffice for gallon products. They just increase the depth of the of refrigerator with little benefit. Terribly disappointed in the product due to noise and wish I had my 26 year old one again. I have purchased Whirlpool in the past but this will certainly color my view of their products in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great lighting, big shelves on doors, excellent freezer spac

I bought this fridge about a month ago and am extremely happy so far. It was so hard to find a fridge the right size for my kitchen. I have a large kitchen but the space for the fridge is not tall and I needed one with no ice maker. So hard to find. Whirlpool pulled through. I wish the fridge portion was a little larger but that being said, I like it.
