Replacement

We bought this refrigerator to replace a 25 year old one that was making noise, and very inefficient. The old one was built in, so I needed to get a model that fit this space. It seems slightly smaller, but I really like the LED lighting (although I wish there was more light in the freezer, the wider, updated space in the doors (very handy), and looking forward to increased efficiency. I like the look of the door handles. Still don't have an icemaker, and I am still ok with that. So far, I am happy.

I bought a Haier but cancelled the order when I saw your Whirlpool. Just what I needed. Features are great, style is beautiful. Color perfect for me.

attractive fridge, small outside, big inside

This fridge works so well for us, it doesn't "dominate" the kitchen, it fits right in and does its job. If I could praise it higher for its simplicity, I would. It just WORKS.

complicated situation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we had a complicated situation, I was not willing to bend that I wanted a side by side and we had a built into the cabinetry situation. No matter where we went, no matter what the manufacturer, we simply could not find a replacement for our aging refrigerator that was updated in appearance and fitting to our space confinement. Love this refrigerator, the only thing I would change is the option to have more shelves on delivery instead of wait and find out later. We are happy campers!

Still waiting for the third ice maker. The first two didn't have enough tubing to connect with the water line. Hope the third time is a charm. The refrigerator is not even two weeks old and the freezer handle is loose???? Scared to

Storage Tall, or storage wide?

After thirty years, our "icebox" finally needs a replacement! We came across this unit in a showroom, and reluctantly give it a try. For the pass few months, this unit is still functioning. But regularly hear a knocking noise after the door was opened and closed, it seems some mechanism is starting up when change of temperature is detected! In storage wise, we have to train ourselves to arrange items. Some long packages may have to give another thought. Such as bending it or some other ways! The box is deeper than before. If you are not of regular height, some items may hide from your view when stock is getting full, and you may have trouble retrieving them! In short, the unit is good, as of today!
I would recommend this to a friend!
