I've had other LG phones in the past, no complaints, but this one is by far the best. Great camera, great sound. I love all the features it has. I took videos of my grandkids on Christmas day. So easy to use and videos were awesome. And best of all, I can go two days without charging it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's alright for a first phone

I have had this phone for over a year now, and it's been very good. There's been really no issues Except for about 5 days ago. When I press the volume button ONCE, it turns the volume up about 4 times. This really annoys the heck out of me, because I need to use the slider that pops up on top to get the volume I want. Plus, the speaker isn't great. The bass is terrible, on high volumes the phone vibrates, and it doesn't go that loud, and sometimes in an echoey room the first volume notch is too loud. Also the camera is really just terrible in low light, you can't use flash under 15% (SUPER ANNOYING!) and you can't use the camera below 5%. This is my first phone, and it's been a good one. The worst thing that's happened though, is the charger. I've used the same stock LG charger for 1 year and 3 weeks now. Then when I woke up, the charger fell out of the phone. This is probably caused by the wear on the little prongs that hold it in the device. Also there's "Slow Charging." If you use any other charger other than the LG charger, it activates "Slow Charging Mode" This mode is incredibly annoying. Other than those issues, it's been okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase this a month ago for my daughter and for a starter phone it has a lot of what I would call updated features. I went into it thinking this was just a cheap phone for her however pictures are really nice and the overall features that the phone offers are really nice! Wouldn't mind getting one for myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this phone for almost 1 year and it has been the best backup phone I've ever had, but (I LOVE THE LG PHONES) they have worked the best for me, I have almost 300 icons on this little phone and it has never frozen up nor quit working, if you like/love LG please try this phone, oh and it also has a removable battery.
