[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone is great for $$. It has many great features, but a couple of disappointing features that kept me away from the 5th star. First I miss the indicator light that other phones use to let you know that you have email, text or a missed call. Second the camera comes on by itself, I tried turning it off but no luck. On the up side it has the best battery life of any smart phone I've had!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great low cost alternative to overpriced Galaxy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for 3 months after my S*msung Galaxy died. I'm very happy with this LG model. It has alot of great features for this price. Especially its superior screen capture and voice recorder. There's only a few minor (too me) drawbacks;
1) The power/screenlock button is on the rear of the phone which can be very annoying if you just quickly want to check something while the phone is on its back.
2) The camera takes great pictures if you have good lighting. There are NO MODES or EFFECTS for the shutter like most other smartphones have a portrait mode, scenery, night mode, action mode, etc... Theres also no settings for shutter speed, white balance, or color adjustments. So You'll need an app for any photos unless you take photos with good lighting available.
3) There is no option for wireless charging, such as the Qi standard charger built into most smartphones.

Nice sharp imagines

This is my very first smartphone so I have nothing to compare it to. I have it just a little over 2 weeks and am still getting use to it. I buy nothing but LG phones like my fliptops before this the voice is loud and clear. I am hearing impaired and having no trouble hearing on this phone. Plenty of volume, the ring tones are good as well. The picture quality is excellent as is the size of the picture. I purchased this particular phone for it was a good price and got very good

better than average battery life. performance is decent. The camera is good enough for average user. Accessing the battery, SD chip, or SIM chip is easy. Wish it came with wireless charging, but that would raise the price too. otherwise for the money this phone Rocks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the phone about 2 months aqo when I signed up with a new service provider because I was using just a standard cell phone and wanted a smart phone as most the communications I do are via email. After I went through reviewing all sorts of reviews of the features of various makes and models I selected the LG K20. After I started using it I found it exceeded my expectations. I found it to be quite user friendly. and a very smart choice for my first smart phone.

I decided on LG again and am not disappointed. The phone is sturdy and is fast enough for what I need it for...calling, texting, browsing the web, and navigation (sometimes all at once)! And go to your cell phone service provider and check out the price!
