[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE FOLLOWING: THE STORAGE UNITS ON THE INSIDE OF THEREFRIGERATOR DOOR DO NOT HAVE AN ADEQUATE MOUNTING SYSTEM AND THEYSLIP OUT EASILY SPILLING THEIR CONTENTS.

Replace old style refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mom is 75 yrs old and wanted to same style top and bottom. I convinced her to get side by side. She loves it and wished they had them years ago since she's only 4'9". She doesn't have to get a step stool to get in the back of the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our refrigerator a bit less than a month but so far we like it but don't love it. We ordered and installed an additional door shelf for more storage area. Drawers do not open smoothly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good value for the size

I bought this refrigerator a month ago and so far we're happy with it. We purchased this one because it did not have an ice maker. We love having extra space in the freezer. We like the lighting and the adjustable storage containers on the door. A few things we don't like: the shelves don't feel sturdy and will actually bow a little with heavy items. The bottom drawers seem flimsy too. Also, it will not stay cold if you keep the dial at the suggested middle number - you have to turn it up which will reduce your energy savings. Lastly, the shelves have a 2" edge that will take away some useable space. Overall we are happy with it thus far.

EXCELLENT CHOICE

When our refrigerator croaked I asked the repairman which brand should I look at and he instantly said Whirlpool. We could not be happier with our side-by-side Whirlpool and in the future all applicances will be Whirlpool.
