Great at first

We were initially very pleased with our purchase. However, the freezer ceased maintaining temperatures at 0 and vacillated up to 25 degrees recently. Since the refrigerator still maintained temps at 36 degrees, the cause is still undetermined. The refrigerator is only less than 3 months old, so I'm hoping it's a simple fix. The size & layout are very good in our use as a second refrigerator. It is pretty quiet & does not seem to cycle on frequently.

Our new refigerator

We have only had our refigerator 1 1/2 weeks but we find it has more room and it seems to run a lot less than our old on that was a Whirlpool also our repairman told us that our old one at 15 years was still running very well but it was time to change an to get anouther Whirlpool.

Dark Inside!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is quite dark and needs more lighting particularly in the Frig. Proper Temperature only maintained with adjustments set at their extreme!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the unit but the side shelves need to be made a little deeper in the door or reinforced somehow . When items are in the side shelf it tends to lift up every time you try to remove the object. Other than that it is a nice refrigerator.

Freezer Lamp

The main thing that should be changed in this model is the light in the freezer. It is by a shelf on the side so if you put something on the shelf in front of it...no light! It should be on the top and in the front to shine down on the contents of the freezer.
