Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with this product except for the pull out drawers in the refrigerator side. They do not slide smoothly and the middle drawer actually got stuck and would not slide open until I removed the entire shelf and was able to move the drawer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dent in both doors when delivered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the refrigerator was delivered it had two small dents in the stainless steel doors. Following up with Low's to see what can be done. No response as of today.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wanted to buy a whole set still made in America. The price was right and the styles were stain less steel, but I didn't know you could have different exteriors.

A decent mid-/low budget fridge

My family bought the 36-inch Wide Large Side-by-Side Refrigerator one year ago. To date, we had 3-4 technician visits for various issues.Overall, this fridge is:- Aesthetically pleasing from the outside- Cheaply made on the inside, particularly the shelve containers- Quite loudIf you're on budget, this is a perfect fine fridge. However, there are certainly better ones out there if you're willing to spend just a bit more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
