Bought headphones and they won't pair. I followed the manual instructions and they will not charge fully, and when I try to pair them by pushing the pair button, they just die.

There must be a factory defect with these earbuds because I cannot get them to charge the lights come on I can't get them to turn on I cannot get them to connect nothing and I've tried everything even charging for 24 plus hours with several different charger cords and ports this needs to be fixed and I want a refund

I purchased these earbuds, openes the package, and nothing! Did not work. Won't even turn on! Purchased at FYE, a store that is closing in my area, so the purchase was Final!

Just bought these- had no problem charging or pairing to my phone. Turned on music- good sound quality. The charging cord is super short. Can’t say how long it will hold a charge.
I would recommend this to a friend!
