I bought these headphones, not once, but twice and they still didn't work! No lights come on, the headphones won't turn on even if I charge it. Don't waste your money, find something else to buy.

Sorriest earbuds I've seen

My wife bought a set of these for my son from a kiosk in the local mall. We tried charging at home that evening. USB in the kitchen, iMac, nothing worked. Returned and a second pair brought home. The exact same scenario. You earbuds are garbage. I'll relate this to everyone in my sphere of influence. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option.

Won't power on

My son bought me a pair this Christmas 2017, and when I connected them they wouldn't charge. Returned them and got another pair. When I can home and connected them all I saw was a flashing red light left them charging for 2 hours and the red light was still flashing unplugged them and they dont even turn on.

Flashing red typically indicates they need charging. If you have tried charging for more than 3 hours without success, then there's something wrong. Please contact us if this is the case so that we may assist you with getting a working pair.

Product does not work

I had bought this product early in the day hoping to be able to use it as soon as I put it on charge there are no light indication that it is charging no tone for it to turn on or anything I would hope it is just me anf not the product but please help me

Doesn't connect

I purchased these today 2/22/18 at fye. After charging the headphones, I noticed that when I tried to pair them to my phone or laptop it was either recognized as "Misc." or "Unknown Device", not IAEB6 as said it would appear in the instruction manual. Attempting to connect on my phone the screen read as "Can't connect to null" and on my laptop "We didn't get any response from the device.Try connecting again." Couldn't pair with devices at all.

Product won't charge

I recently received these earbuds, and when I try to plug them in, there is no light. I've tried multiple chargers and even computer charging, and nothing works.
