Doesn't connect

I purchased these today 2/22/18 at fye. After charging the headphones, I noticed that when I tried to pair them to my phone or laptop it was either recognized as "Misc." or "Unknown Device", not IAEB6 as said it would appear in the instruction manual. Attempting to connect on my phone the screen read as "Can't connect to null" and on my laptop "We didn't get any response from the device.Try connecting again."
Couldn't pair with devices at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product won't charge

I recently received these earbuds, and when I try to plug them in, there is no light. I've tried multiple chargers and even computer charging, and nothing works.

Wow

I've had these headphones on the charger for more than the approximate charge time which is 2 hours and they don't work AT ALL. They were just bought too, I'm not happy about this.

Great all together

They work great for over the almost month I've had them but now they are flashing through and will not stop they stopped music all together able to listen to music

Not Good

My girlfriend and I both purchased a pair of these ear buds today. Neither of ours are charging. Hers did not even have instructions and mine was missing the spare rubber ear pieces. We were both excited to try these out but were saddened to find that they are not working. Very unfortunate...

I have tried charging them from my laptop, and my phone charging. I am not even getting a light that signifies it is on.

WONT WORK

I bought it, put on charger for about 8 hours, and it won't turn on. The instructions said that the LED is a solid red light while charging, and the light doesn't stay on for me. I thought it was a minor light malfunction but when I took it off they wouldn't turn on.
