Worth every penny

At first glance, we didn’t know what to expect of this unit. But, after the unit was installed and we started to use it, it was surprisingly great addition to our appliances. We are very pleased using this new stove top.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far I like it. It didn’t quite fill out the drop in space but that isn’t your fault. The only thing I have noticed is that the burners stay hot longer than my last one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The cooktop appears to be blistering in certain areas. Not happy with this at all and will not recommend to anyone!!!

Operation's/Functionality Problems

We purchased this product in 2021. Three years later, in 2024, we started experiencing pops and sizzling noises, sparks on the ON elements, and flickering light. We decided to stop using the cooktop two weeks ago. Now, we are looking to buy another product. Unfortunately, the manufacturer provides a one-year warranty. An electric cooktop should not break down in three years. This is a safety issue that might require immediate attention. That says a lot about the quality of the product. I hope GE can help solve this issue. We would like to hear from the manufacturer about the problems described.
