Have had GE appliances around my whole life. Also had other brands. Hoping this cooktop stands the test of time like the old ones did. Bought a home and replaced a 30+ year old GE that still worked but was obviously outdated. So far it operates beautiful and has a nice surface and cleans up very easy. Prices for these things are insane but I guess that’s what it is these days.

After my previous cooktop unexpectantly cracked, I looked in all the big box stores in my area and was unable to find one to replace it without waiting to order one for more than I could afford. To my surprise, I finally found exactly what I needed at a local small business for an affordable price and was able to install it for me the next day. I have so far had it approximately one month and love it. Our other appliances are also GE and have worked well for several years.
I would recommend this to a friend!
