love 23and me service. i'd left my kit untouched for 3 yrears and when i called to see if i could get another, they sent one out asap and free of charge. length of results was reasonable and the report was so detailed.

Anyone that has the opportunity to experience "23 and Me" should do it. It is very interesting, especially in seeing my results, compared with my grown child's.

Not really worth the cost....

I found it to be very vague and disappointing. The studies were vague and told me things like " I have hazel eyes" - yes I do know that... the only thing I found of value was my ancestry / origins. Bummer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

23 and Me is great, for the ancestry part but the genetic part is difficult to understand, research wise. A synopsis in plain English added to the medical language would be great for those of us who are not researchers or doctors! I intend to call the gene helpline to acquire more info. thank you for having this option in the program. I am very happy I have bought your product and look forward to gaining additional knowledge about my heritage and health!
