I was given origins from basically large continental areas!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. The population labels in Ancestry Composition refer to genetically similar groups, rather than nationalities. In general, we sought to make the populations as small as possible, subject to the constraint of being able to distinguish between them. Populations may be inherently difficult to distinguish because of historical mixing, or we might not have had enough data to tell them apart.

I paid for both my wife and I. After waiting for the results, the routine did not prove itself to be worth the investment.

Thank you for your feedback. The 23andMe Health + Ancestry Service is the first and only genetic service available directly to you that includes reports that meet FDA standards. You now are able to receive 65+ reports on health, traits and ancestry instead of exclusively ancestry reports.

Heritage has a new meaning......

I signed up and began this process with the product 6 weeks ago. I have enjoyed reading the results and having the results explained clearly to me. I liked learning about myself and my family, both for the current health implications, and also for the ancestry information. I recommend this product for how it combines information uncovered within the health realm, and the family lineage realm.
