Not much documentation on my family tree. Only those people who already used your system, my brother and granddaughter. Parents, grandparents, wife, etc. not listed.

Lackluster

It’s honestly very lackluster. You submit your dna thinking you’re going to get detailed information about your ancestry. You do not. It gives your generalized information and when comparing the results with those from a different company you wonder if the two companies are talking about the same person. The worst part is that 23 and me told me that almost half of my dna was from a certain region. When I clicked on more information because it was a surprising region it said “we cannot pinpoint any location in this region”
The worst part of 23 and me is that they promise results within 4-6 weeks. My results took so long to come back I honestly thought they lost my sample. I will not be recommending this to anyone else.

It’s need to be clearer this kit doesn’t do ancestry and only does genetics. Very disappointed for the price

Not worth the time or money

I really don't recommend buying this you really get nothing out of this everything important has to be paid for at an outrageous price. It's truly disappointing I waited all of this time and being adopted found nothing out I would save your money at this point

Generic and manipulative

I thought I was getting the DNA kit but it was just the health version. The health version is weak and full of ads and manipulative features to get you to pay more for more so-called information that is so generic there’s really no way to tell if it’s true. Then of course is the news that they’re getting sued for selling and leaking people’s information. Wasted 100$ and won’t be knowingly purchasing from this company again.
