Terrible customer service. There were results were over three months late and there’s a lack of communication from team to team within their service department

Miscommunication leads to not seeing my results

Length of ownership:1 year or longer
It was really good until I couldn’t log in any longer. Every time I chat or call, they don’t understand my problem and they automatically just “reset password” me. It’s been over a year now and I’d love to see my updated results. I won’t be recommending this product to friends and family.
