Terrible customer service. There were results were over three months late and there’s a lack of communication from team to team within their service department

I seem to have purchased this service because I did do the initial DNA check. However, I have almost never been able to access my account. I've had several interactions with customer service to no avail. I wouldn't bother with this company. It has cost me with little useful information.
