I have really been happy with all the facts about my ancestors and possible health issues that are genetic. I am a nurse and it is been a pleasure to find out our origins.

Don’t buy their service

Don’t buy this kit, it’s a scam they get you to pay $200 for the health kit and then you get a few things that are hit or miss. They also have you answer surveys about yourself that will ask about yourself. Then people are shocked that the traits comeback with what you answered. NOW on to support.. they are awful and completely unhelpful.. I haven’t been able to log into my account for months due to failed log in attempts to them sending bad links in the email. They can’t help and have completely stopped responding to emails.. the are not affiliated with the BBB which I have posted a long review.. there is a class action lawsuit against them. They should be refunding me $200.00 since I can’t use the service I pad for, but they asked me to write a review so here it is. They deserve negative stars for this whole service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth the money

I bought this three years ago, asked them to stop charging my card and they keep renewing my subscription yearly despite documentation of discontinuing this service.
Unless you’re curious about family “secrets”, this isn’t worth the cost.

I found a lot of 4th -5th cousins in other countries which was amazing. I found that I am a descendant of Vikings. Great health information and good reassurance that I am not at risk for Parkinson disease and dementia. Overall great information.

not safe for personal info

have not recently made a purchase-i have earl>er this year deleted my info and canceled due to the info from.many being hacked and company being sold -I will never trust another service like this again!
