I did not purchase this! Also, my previous purchase was a waste of money, since the old ethnic breakdown was exactly what I know about my family history. 23andme has gone down hill!

I bought this and was very disappointed that I paid so much only to find out that so much wasn't included. I find it very unsettling that you charge such a high price and I can't find out my ANCESTRY Without paying for premium. So misleading.

I didn’t want this again but it was renewed anyway and apparently I can’t get my money back. Quit using deceitful ways and little hidden “click On this” icons which leads to renewals I don’t want!

I have really been happy with all the facts about my ancestors and possible health issues that are genetic. I am a nurse and it is been a pleasure to find out our origins.

Don’t buy their service

Don’t buy this kit, it’s a scam they get you to pay $200 for the health kit and then you get a few things that are hit or miss. They also have you answer surveys about yourself that will ask about yourself. Then people are shocked that the traits comeback with what you answered. NOW on to support.. they are awful and completely unhelpful.. I haven’t been able to log into my account for months due to failed log in attempts to them sending bad links in the email. They can’t help and have completely stopped responding to emails.. the are not affiliated with the BBB which I have posted a long review.. there is a class action lawsuit against them. They should be refunding me $200.00 since I can’t use the service I pad for, but they asked me to write a review so here it is. They deserve negative stars for this whole service.
