I’ve had this for a few years and it has been fantastic found a relative from Germany 🇩🇪 directly related to us-cousin! We’ve been in contact now all the time!

They "forget" to delete data

I have twice requested deletion of my data, but they keep sending me "matches" and "insights"

I found a long lost daughter due to 23 and me! I was adopted and had no idea of my history but thanks to 23 and me I now know where all my ancestors came from! Thank you to 23 and me!

Terrible! Hacked. Identity stolen!

I have been hacked since I got it and had two authentication ways to get in and cannot get help logging into my own info! This is dangerous and if you can fix this that would be nice.
