Faulty scam

Application does not operate, and I have been charged for another year. I'm furious to be charged for a faulty product!

WASTE OF MONEY

I got this over 2years ago and i didnt have access the second year . I tried to look up my information and it wasnt there. This was a waste. I cant go back and look for family members because i dont have access and they cant locate my information. I hate i did this. My information was loss and nobody tried to fixed this.

I was adopted as a baby. I was able to locate and meet my birth mother. It was a wonderful thing

over the several years I have had my 23&me results, my personal results have changed so many times its very frustrating and disappointing

Basically a scam in my opinion

I joined 23andme a couple of years ago and have gotten absolutely nothing from it except buy, buy, buy. I don't know what the options I am supposed to buy are supposed to get you, but the basic membership, unlike the other major DNA company, have provided absolutely nothing. To me, this is more a scam than anything else. You buy a membership, but apparently in order to get anything out of it, you have to buy other packages.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for myself and my daughter. We are so very pleased with all that we have learned about ourselves, unknown family, and our health. I highly recommend 23 and ME to everyone.
