Not what I signed up for

Always have trouble getting in to your site. I get notification of new relatives and when I try to sign in all
I get is a page asking me to add to my profile , stuff .I did when I first signed in. Sometimes I sign in and an it ask if I want to purchase a kit since one is not on file. Not very pleased with the program. Also, your site continually wants more personal information but yet I get less results of my origins or heritage.

I wish you would coordinate with the other DNA services so we could find more relatives. I'm not really interested in a relative 6 times removed. I want to see closer ones.

reunited with DNA family

I did my 23andme DNA test over ten years ago. It's been interesting to see the results. As an adopted person, I was hoping to find close DNA connections. It was actually another site that connected me to one of my half sisters. I recommended tthe other one to take the 23andme test, to find out what relatives we shared on this site

I purchased mine back in 2019. If I wouldn’t have done this I wouldn’t have met my dad or cousins, Aunts and Uncles.

WASTE OF MONEY

I got this over 2years ago and i didnt have access the second year . I tried to look up my information and it wasnt there. This was a waste. I cant go back and look for family members because i dont have access and they cant locate my information. I hate i did this. My information was loss and nobody tried to fixed this.

I was adopted as a baby. I was able to locate and meet my birth mother. It was a wonderful thing
