I have had 23 and me for about 10 years! I love learning about my DNA and my relatives paths in history. I have gained so much knowledge of my ancestry. Thank you!

I got this years ago and haven't learned anything about my ancestry. My grandmother did extensive research. All I get here is a bunch of questions about genetic health . I, apparently do come from Neanderthals, don't we all?

I have had 23 and me for probably over 8 years. When I try to sign in it says I don’t have an account. and wants me to buy a new kit.

I bought as a gift for someone else who didn’t want it. I’m so glad because I love it! It’s nice to see my family tree. My traits are accurate and I visit the site regularly to check new family members.

Horrible customer service trying to upgrade

I love the software, but it has been impossible to get customer service’s help to upgrade. I think I’m just receiving emails from robots.
