Horrible customer service trying to upgrade

I love the software, but it has been impossible to get customer service’s help to upgrade. I think I’m just receiving emails from robots.

I don't come here very often. And I was under the impression that 23 and me had closed it's doors. However, I just asked google, and they confirmed that you're still a thing - congrats! I'll be visiting again soon.

I received a 23 and me kit as a Christmas present in 2021 and I have really enjoyed understanding where my DNA has originated from

Great generic test

My son gave me this kit for my birthday a couple of years ago. I am not paying for the monthly subscription, but I still have access to lots of information and enjoy going back to review my generic history, new family connections, and predisposition to medical conditions,
I would recommend this to a friend!

You are inquiring about my recent purchase. I have no recent purchases. I bought a dna test from 23 and me several years ago. So if you have any record of recent purchases they would be fraudulent.
