Well, I received my report on thanksgiving morning 2022. And I was shown that “version “, at that time. I was alerted to the hacking breetch and locked out of my account. I finally, was able to access my account about a month or so ago (2025), discovered that there has been 2 new “versions “, since I was able to access my account. A really significant difference, from your original report. The original report was apparently , off by a whole lot on percentage and completely changed origins, heritage and grew hugely. And I now can not access previous reports!! That bought and for. So for these reasons, I am little satisfied and with my experience, I feel the product is of poor quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this few years ago for me and my mother. We never received a written report. Very disappointed 😞

I like it for what it told me about my self. I am worried that future might not be so well as they will start charging for premium information

Constant trouble using and changing my password. Absurd criteria for a password on an account no one will want to get into but me.

I bought my 2 granddaughters 23 and me a few years ago and we all love seeing where our ancestors came from. My sons as well.

I have been locked out of my account for months now because no one in your tech support division can help me. My email address changed. Therefore tech support cannot link me to an existing account. Therefore I am out of luck. No one answers my email requests for help anymore. I am very disappointed.

I haven’t buy anything recently from 23 and me. This message may be a mistake. I bought the ancestry and health years ago maybe 10 years. The program is solid. Extremely good.
