I did not make a “recent” purchase of anything from you! Please review and revise and note that I never gave permission for my DNA to be used for science/research or anything else!

I appreciate the insights... however, having my personal information leaked, stolen, hacked, and/or sold was not acceptable.

Confusing email, A Mistake or Indirect Advertising

I got an email from 23andme thanking me for my recent purchase. I bought the kit about four years ago and used it then. Why they are thanking me is a mystery.

Confused

My wife purchased this kit for me, I was excited and confused when I received the results. I know only about 6 people out of the 1500 23 and me say I’m related to. I’m still trying to figure it all out, maybe I’ll understand or just give up. Maybe it’s not for me, hopefully you get better results and use of it.

Difficult to navigate

Very difficult to navigate the website. I also expected to be able to trace my father's line but couldn't, only mom's.

I have benefitted from both the DNA relatives and the ancestry. And it’s presented more clearly than ancestry.com. The medical portion is interesting.
