I haven’t purchased anything from 23 and me for at least 20 years, so I’m not sure why they are thanking me for my “recent” purchases and begging for a review. This is quite troubling given the recent change in leadership.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been very satisfied with the service. It has provided me with pertinent information about my family genetics. I am not continually asked to pay a monthly fee to find out further information about my family of origin, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been a member for several years. Somehow I forgot my password and unable to retrieve or get a new password. Customer service was totally insufficient and unable to help. U have not been able to log in for a year. This is rotten service.

I am very dissatisfied with 23 and me customer service. I’ve requested help in login onto my account and have not been getting any actual help with this process. Then I get an email asking for a review?! I don’t get it!

I have had my account for years. I get constant updates on DNA relatives. I think the extra surveys they do are interesting.
