Confusing email, A Mistake or Indirect Advertising

I got an email from 23andme thanking me for my recent purchase. I bought the kit about four years ago and used it then. Why they are thanking me is a mystery.

Confused

My wife purchased this kit for me, I was excited and confused when I received the results. I know only about 6 people out of the 1500 23 and me say I’m related to. I’m still trying to figure it all out, maybe I’ll understand or just give up. Maybe it’s not for me, hopefully you get better results and use of it.

Difficult to navigate

Very difficult to navigate the website. I also expected to be able to trace my father's line but couldn't, only mom's.
