I love that we have the option to do this testing however, the lack of care for privacy and protecting the consumer is not acceptable nor good business ethics.

i have a received wrong report. and no one has tried to reach me. I think for some reason DNA from and my father where opposite to what i know by history.

I am a subscriber and since the latest security/authentication update I am no longer able to log in. I am very unhappy about it. I know that I am not very computer savvy, but my secretary is. Even she did not manage to log in on my behalf. Can you somehow help? I used to enjoy getting all the updates but no more, since I cannot log in anymore.

Loved looking through all the information. But as soon as you’re not a premium member, they take away the information you bought. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very disappointed. I am of Cherokee, and my results from 23 and me showed nothing of my Cherokee ancestry

I feel we shouldn’t have to pay extra subscription yearly to get all are Vitals for are health care.
